Golden Visa Consultation - Residence Permit for Investment Activity 

Inez Fino provides advisory and consultancy services for the entire process of accessing the Golden Visa - Residence Permit Investment Activity program in Portugal, for international investors. The Golden Visa Program is promoted by the Portuguese Government and offers third-country nationals the possibility of applying for a residence permit in Portugal, through the completion of an "investment activity" in the country for a minimum period of 5 years.

How it works

We have two types of services: pre-acquisition assistance and post-acquisition assistance. The first applies to assistance during the negotiations, the drafting and execution of the sales contract and / or deed of sale, as well as the obtaining of your residence permit. In the second we add the deep knowledge of our partner, of legal advice in the renewal of your residence permit.
