How it Works

Taking the Brief

The project begins with an in-house consultation or e-mail request, where Inêz Fino can get to know what you wish to achieve with the project. Like that Inêz can clarify the design style, take you on a visit of some showrooms to show you some inspirational pieces that you identify with, and then will book a site visit and request floor plans for your property.

Visit the Property

The team will measure the rooms and get a sense of the space to develop the creative proposal. The next step is to explore furniture, style ideas and layout options for your property.

Present Room Layouts & Mood Boards

The design team will work on their creative vision to design the ambiance and select the furniture options that best meet your needs. The team will present you with mood boards, colour palettes, layouts, materials and selected furniture, so you can offer your feedback and give your input on the design process.

Design Detail Development

The Inez Fino Interiors design team will propose any layout changes and produce finished visual elements - plans, 3D renderings, and sections - to help you visualize the finished space. The team will then proceed to the confirmation of the selected furniture, fixtures and equipment required to transform your space.

Your feedback will be strongly encouraged throughout the process.

Detail Design

Once we have your approval, the team will move onto the next stage: composing technical drawings and scheduling the project. The team will also produce a detailed design package that includes construction plans, elevations, and sections. The drawings of any custom-made elements will also be produced by the team at this point.
